Cooking on Yachts

We appreciate the special demands of the environment in which you work, the sometimes cramped and difficult conditions of cooking on board a yacht, where you are still expected to produce and deliver exceptional food. The Foundation Cookery Course will give you all the training you need to cook to the highest standard on board yachts and boats around the world. In addition to core course content, you will be given specific advice on:
