This 5-day course is for those of you who love good food but want to spend less time in the kitchen. It combines the experience of discovering new recipes with tasting new food. It is an inspirational, intensive and hands-on course for those wishing to add to their repertoire as well as learning useful tips and new timesaving recipes.

We combine the more traditional methods of cookery with modern fusion cooking, with new styles and flavours. On the course you develop your filleting and boning skills, prepare sauces and vegetable dishes. You discover the art of making perfect pastry and delicious puddings. We concentrate on the importance of using only the freshest, highest quality, and where possible organic ingredients, enabling you to produce memorable meals for your family and friends.

Following a morning of demonstration and practical sessions, students enjoy a relaxed and informal lunch. The afternoon is spent learning more new recipes and timesaving ideas in preparation for dinner, to be enjoyed at Middle Farm House at the end of the day.
