When I walked through the door at Lou’s house, I honestly could not fry an egg. Six weeks later I am cooking a three-course dinner party for fourteen people. The skills that I learnt there gave me a newfound confidence in cooking and will stay with me for the rest of my life. Not only did I learn a lot during my time with Lou, but I also had brilliant fun. The outings, to the local butcher and the fish market, made the learning dynamic and interesting.
